The defense counsel of the President of RS Goran Bubić said earlier that the final words of defense in the proceedings against Dodik would be based on a detailed analysis of arguments.
The evidentiary procedure in this case was completed 5. February, by testifying by Dodik. He said he was in charge of respecting the Constitution of the Republika Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as that the RS Constitution is harmonized with the BiH Constitution. He also said that the High Representatives who were legally selected have never made decisions directly as Schmit, who, cited Dodik, illegal.
RS High Officials said that, if the conviction of the judgment is imposed, to respond to radical measures.
