Evidence in the case in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina shall be conducted against the President of the Republic of Srpska, Miloš Dodik, Miloš Lukić, due to disrespect for the decisions of Kristian Šmit, and the final words will be presented in 19. February.
Final words will be presented in 19. February 11, published by the Chairman of the Judicial Council of Sena Uzunović.
According to her, the Prosecution of BiH takes an hour for the final words to be delivered in writing, while Dodik’s lawyer Goran Bubić planned two hours to present the final word, as well as necessary to Dodik for his presentation.
Defender Lukić, lawyer MILJKAN PUCAR will have the opportunity to give his final word in class and a half.
Final words will be delivered to the Court in writing.
The President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, who has today testified, said High Representatives who were legally selected have never made decisions as Christian Schmith who was said, “illegal”.
“I know the practice that the High Representatives did not make decisions overnight, but did it by putting pressure on parliaments,” Dodik said.
The President of the Republika Srpska said he was in charge of respecting the Constitution of the Republika Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as that the RS Constitution is harmonized with the BiH Constitution.
