The Municipal Court of Živinica, on the proposal of the acting prosecutor, ordered a one-month detention for Nermin Ademović (24) from Tuzla, who was deprived of his liberty on January 20, 2025. Also, the Prosecutor’s Office proposed to the court in Živinice that Sevludin Kamberović (31) from Živinice be detained for one month, who was deprived of his liberty on January 21. Ademović and Kamberović are suspected of having committed the criminal offense of unlawfully depriving Nasira Alić (23) of their freedom as accomplices, and in conjunction with the criminal offense of aggravated theft. Ademović is also suspected of attempted extortion.

When the family members of the injured party informed the police officers about the events, members of the criminal police department of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Turkey and the criminal police department of the Živinica PU and the Tuzla PU found the injured party in a house in the Tuzla area, and subsequently identified and detained him. suspects.
After the criminal investigation, Ademović and Kamberović were handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office. The acting prosecutor ordered the investigation and interrogated the suspects. Investigative actions and the necessary expertise are ongoing.
