The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Zenica-Doboj Canton (MUPZDK) announced that in a shooting last night at 5:50 p.m. in the area of Zavidovići, in the town of Hrkići, one person was seriously wounded.
On that occasion, a person with the initials RH (1962) committed the criminal offense of “Attempted Murder” and shot a person with the initials SH (1986), both from Zavidovići.
– SH suffered severe physical injuries that were diagnosed at the Zenica Cantonal Hospital and he was transported to the Sarajevo University Clinical Center for further hospitalization.
At 7:50 p.m., the police officers of the Zavidovići Police Station deprived RH of his freedom, who was detained in the detention facilities, after which a criminal case was filed against him. A firearm, a pistol, “Zastava M-70” caliber 7.65 mm, with two frames and 10 bullets, was found and confiscated.
An investigation was carried out by police officers of the Criminal Police Sector, Police Directorate of the MUP ZDK under the supervision of the on-duty prosecutor, who continue further work on documenting the criminal offense – it is stated in today’s newsletter of the Police Directorate of the MUP ZDK.
The spokesperson of the Police Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, ZDK Samir Valentić told Fena that he could not confirm the condition of the wounded SH
– We have no new information about his state of health – said Valentić.
Yesterday, around 3:30 p.m., in the area of Zavidovići, in the town of Šadići, a person with the initials AB from Zavidovići committed the criminal offense of “Endangering security”, by seriously threatening to attack the life and body of a person with the initials AM (2004), also from Zavidović.
– AB was deprived of his liberty and kept in detention facilities, and further work on documenting the criminal offense continued by the investigators of the Zavidovići Police Station – according to the ZDK MUP.
