“Based on the Order of the Basic Court in Banjaluka, and with the prior consent of the prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor’s Office of Banjaluka, a search was carried out of the house and ancillary facilities in Banjaluka used by the mentioned person, during which equipment for the artificial cultivation of Indian hemp was found and confiscated, four stalks that look similar to Indian hemp stems, green plant matter that looks similar to the narcotic drug “marijuana” with a total gross weight of about 1.45 kilograms, a digital scale for precise measurement, as well as other items that can be linked to the execution of the above-mentioned criminal act”, announced the Banjaluka Police Department.
