The Chief Public Prosecutor of the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office (VJT) Nenad Stefanović pointed out that 13 people were arrested for the execution of the various criminal offenses to obtain an unlawful property benefit from the company “BSP doo” from Feketić in the amount of more than two million euros.
He pointed out that in the continuation of the action of combating corruption, a hearing was carried out by a tens of facility in Belgrade, Feketić and Mladenovac.
“The suspects in the amount of two million euros have been damaged by the Republic Directorate for Commodity Reserves and the acquired creditor’s acquisition company ‘Makovica’ from Mladitac. According to the suspects, an investigation will be conducted for the suspicion of the criminal offense of the Private Party and the abuse of the responsible person, and the Prosecution will file a financial investigation against those related to them, “Stefanović said.
Two directors were arrested in “BSP” Feketić, as well as five employees in the company, ad “Makovica” Mladenovac and “Agora” Mladenovac M. V, owner “MIPS pro Plus” from Belgrade, owner “mins pro plus”, The owner of the “Šebibe Fanđo” from Kruševac, director of “Medijanvoks” from Novi Sad and the director of the company “FBN KJUB” from Novi Sad.
The Chief Public Prosecutor stated that one of the suspects, as the director of the BSP, showed falsely that the Directorate was transferred by a total of 23.66 million kilograms of seed wheat, by submitting the fictitious documentation and the seeds’ quality declaration and report agricultural plants.
“And all this in order to meet the mentioned contractual obligations and took the mercantile wheat into the disputes 1 to 1.8 from the directorate in the total amount of 42.6 million kilograms of mercantile wheat,” Stefanović said.
The suspects were determined by custody within which he will be heard.
